Subentry reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect upon publication on the platform.

Subentry is a digital platform that facilitates contact between parties who wish to transfer a lease or long-term rental contract (Transferor) and parties interested in subrenting such contracts (Transferee).

Subentry acts solely as an intermediary and is not a party to contracts entered into between users, nor does it guarantee the success of transactions. Responsibility for the final agreement remains exclusively between the transferor and the transferee.

To use some platform features, it is necessary to register an account. The user agrees to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration.
• Keep their login credentials confidential.
• Immediately notify Subentry of any unauthorized access to their account.
• Be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

Subentry reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

Authorized users may publish listings relating to rental or lease contracts. Each listing must reflect real, verifiable, and up-to-date information about the vehicle and the contract.

It is expressly forbidden to publish listings that:

• Contain false, misleading, or incomplete information.
• Violate third-party rights or legal provisions.
• Concern vehicles subject to holds, seizures, or undisclosed encumbrances.

Subentry reserves the right to reject, remove, or suspend any listing that does not comply with these Terms, at its sole discretion and without any obligation to provide reasons.

Subentry provides the platform 'as is' and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of the information contained in the listings.

Subentry is not liable for losses or direct or indirect damages arising from: agreements between users, contractual breaches by third parties, service interruptions, unauthorized access, or force majeure events.

Basic use of the platform is free of charge. Some premium services or additional features may be subject to fees, which will be clearly communicated to the user before purchase.

Payments are processed through certified payment providers. Subentry does not store users' credit card details or payment instrument data.

All content on the Subentry platform — including the logo, texts, source code, and design — is the exclusive property of Subentry or the respective owners and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of the content without written authorization is prohibited.

The processing of users' personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, drawn up in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

By using the platform, the user consents to the processing of their data in the ways and for the purposes described in the Policy.

Subentry reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to users by email or platform notice at least 15 days in advance.

Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the use of the platform, the parties designate the Court of Rome as the exclusive place of jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
